For Computer & Laptop Repair Shops

Tickets, parts, and customers — for the laptop bench.

Serial-number-aware tickets, parts cost layers, multi-device intake, customer portal for status updates. Built for shops fixing MacBooks, gaming rigs, and small-business laptops.

What you get out of the box

  1. Tickets built for laptops

Serial number capture, model lookup, multi-device support for office accounts, diagnostic notes with photo and video attachments. Audit-grade tracking from intake to pickup.

  2. FIFO parts inventory

Track which $89 SSD lot you actually sold. Cost layers by purchase batch mean accurate per-ticket margin — not a smeared average that hides supplier price hikes.

  3. Customer portal with estimate approval

Send a magic link. Customer reviews the parts and labor estimate, approves with one tap. No phone tag, no missed voicemails on a $400 repair.

  4. Business-account workflows

Small businesses dropping off 5 laptops at once go on one ticket per device with a single invoice. Net-30 terms, saved payment methods, monthly recurring statements.

  5. Public changelog. Real roadmap.

You see what we shipped. You see what's coming. No surprise UI overhauls, no opaque pricing changes, no vendor that disappears mid-quarter.

Why us

Why computer shops pick us

Most repair-shop software is tuned for phones. The fields, the photo workflow, the parts catalog — all phone-first. We treat computers as a first-class device type, not an afterthought. Serial-number tickets, larger photo galleries, video attachments for hardware diagnostics, business-account billing patterns.

Frequently asked

Can I track parts inventory by serial number?

Yes — for serialized parts (SSDs, batteries with date codes). Most parts use FIFO cost layers; serialized items get their own per-unit tracking so you can prove provenance.

Do you handle data-protection / wipe workflows?

We log device handoff with a customer signature on the intake screen acknowledging data backup responsibility. The actual wipe is performed by the tech using their preferred tool (DBAN, Apple Configurator, etc.); the audit log records who performed it and when.

Can I bill business clients on Net-30 terms?

Yes. Customer records support net terms, saved payment methods, and recurring statements. You can also gate certain actions (price overrides, refunds) behind a PIN for high-trust environments.

How does this work with my existing Shopify accessory store?

Native Shopify product sync — your Shopify catalog appears as POS line items in Get Repair. Stock counts stay in lockstep both directions.

What about gaming PC builds — can I track custom assemblies?

Yes. Multi-component tickets (CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, motherboard) with serial tracking per component and a parts-list export for the customer. Useful for builds that ship with a written component manifest.
